Consultant Services for Pasadena Continuum of Care

The City of Pasadena Department of Housing requests quotes from qualified consultants to assist with the development and submittal of the 2023 Continuum of Care Application to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). The City is the Collaborative Applicant for the Pasadena Continuum of Care, one of four Continuums of Care in Los Angeles County. The City will be submitting approximately fourteen renewal applications for funding as part of the annual Continuum of Care competition, which may or may not include consolidation requests, as well as a Planning grant application and one or more bonus grant applications.
