AFFORDABLE CARE ACT (ACA) CONSULTING SERVICES

Sacramento County Department of Personnel Services, Employee Benefits Office (hereinafter “County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter “Proposers”) to provide services and software solutions associated with eligibility tracking, cost and risk modeling, impact monitoring, compliance reporting and ongoing support as it pertains to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Law and the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) sections 6055 and 6056. The primary objectives of the Request for Proposal (hereinafter “RFP”) include the following: • Ensure compliance with all Federal and State laws • Ensure compliance with Contractor Agreement • Provide employees with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 1095-C tax forms as required by law • File Form 1094-C with the accompanying 1095-C forms with the IRS by the mandated deadline
