Dine Out Pasadena Marketing Consultant Services

The City of Pasadena is seeking a consultant to create and help execute a public-facing marketing plan for the program. Our goal is to ensure that small businesses and partners are aware of the program, can easily access information, understand the requirements, apply for funding, and hear the success stories. We are seeking a consultant to lead the program branding, create a program guidelines document, story tell via photos and videos, showcase business profiles and design related marketing materials. If feasible, we would like to create short videos with the small business owners that capture the impact of the outdoor dining structures.
