It is the intention of these specifications to secure a vendor to provide consulting services to develop a fully operational clinical laboratory at the George J. Otlowski Center. This laboratory would be utilized by clients of the Otlowski Center primarily for blood tests to monitor medication levels and for random urine drug screenings to determine the use/abuse of other substances, when ordered by the Center’s Medical staff.
