Continuum of Care Data Consultant

The City of Pasadena, as the Collaborative Applicant for the Pasadena Continuum of Care (CoC), is seeking proposals from a qualified data consultant to conduct data analyses for large and small scale projects as-needed, including but not limited to the annual Homeless Count, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) annual Continuum of Care program competition, evaluation of system progress towards Homelessness Plan goals, grant applications, and other tasks as identified. The ideal consultant will have considerable experience with HUD guidance and the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) database, best practices around data analysis, and familiarity with Pasadena programs that serve people experiencing or at-risk of homelessness. The consultant’s work will begin immediately upon contract award and is eligible for renewal annually for up to three years, contingent on funding availability.
