(1) Vendor needs to comprehensive safety action plan service to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH. – Produce a project management plan with a schedule of phases, tasks, meetings, milestones, and deliverables that meets all stated elements contained.– Coordinate an engagement strategy for different tiers of public engagement from peer guidance to the general public – throughout all phases of the project.– Provide a roadmap for continued engagement and transparency beyond the development of the action plan and into implementation efforts.– Public engagement should be conducted at appropriate points throughout the planning process.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
