(1) Vendor needs to provide hazard mitigation plan update consultation services to the government authority located in Cortland, NY. • Provide professional services for the update of the county multi–jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP).• Mitigation strategy development.• Stakeholder and public outreach.• Include all required planning documentation and outreach.• Support participation and adoption by all municipalities.• Organizing the planning effort.• Community and vulnerability profiling.• Hazard identification and risk assessment.• Capability assessment.• Plan implementation and maintenance procedures.• Include updated risk assessments, mitigation strategies, capability assessments, and implementation procedures. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
