Description
The Office of County Counsel (“County Counsel”) of the County of Orange (“County”) is seeking responses from attorneys and law firms to this RFP to provide the County with legal advisory services related to information technology (“IT”) managed services procurement, contract development, contract negotiations, and IT advisory services. The intent of this RFP is to enable County Counsel to recommend a qualified and responsible attorney or law firm for consideration and selection by the Board of Supervisors to provide the legal services required in connection with the County IT Legal Services and scope of services described herein.
