Vendor needs to provide general grant legal counsel and services to the government authority located in Mobile, AL.– Loan Closing Preparation and Consultation.– Contract writing and reviewing.– Providing various preliminary legal opinions to the City Attorney for review.– Policy development and Review.– Negotiating on behalf of the City with potential loan borrowers of the fund.– Development of monitoring plans and execution of said plans.– Training and Outreach support for grant recipients, partners, and city Staff.– Other support and consulting functions as required by city.
