RFP for Flexible Spending Account (FSA)& Commuter Benefits Administrator

The City of Oakland, Human Resource Management Department is seeking a qualified Administrator to provide comprehensive administration services for the City of Oakland’s Section 125 Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans and Commuter Benefit Program. Services shall include comprehensive administration of the FSA plans and Commuter Benefit Programs for all benefit-eligible City of Oakland employees, as well as other directly related administration services within the general scope of FSA and commuter benefits administration that are reasonably necessary to support successful program operations, including regulatory updates and reporting enhancements.
