INSU-6143 - USA (Newark, New Jersey) - Comprehensive Employee Health and Benefits Administration Services - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive employee health and benefits administration services to the government authority located in Newark, NJ. – Provide insurance related self–funded health plan administration for a: Third Party Administrator (TPA) and provider network services organization.  • Provide claims administration, care management, access to a provider network and other services as specified in this solicitation for the medical plans of the agency for the various plan types which may include:– Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO)– Point of Service Plans (POS)– Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO)– Tiered network health plans– Qualified High–Deductible Health Plans (QHDHP)– Medicare Supplement PPO and Medicare HMO Plans– Referenced based pricing option• Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM).• Medicare advantage w/prescription drug program administrator.• Stop loss reinsurance contract administration.• Benefits administration.• Provide benefits administration services:– Open enrollment services– Ongoing enrollment services– COBRA/direct bill– Customer support(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
