(1) Vendor needs to provide cafeteria plan administration services to the government authority located in Illinois.– Provide third party cafe administration services for the Owner’s two employee flexible benefits plans.– Two separate benefit plans are that the two classifications of employees have different participant eligibility terms for insurance enrollment and flexible benefit plan enrollment and they are funded from separate accounts.– Base employee FSA plan.– Base employee FSA plan.– Third party administrator of the plans.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9,2026.
