(1) Vendor needs to provide respondent attorney services for assisted outpatient treatment programto the government authority located in Las Cruces, NM.– Legal representation:– Provide legal representation to respondents subject to petitions and proceedings. – Represent respondents at all court hearings, status conferences, reviews, and related legal proceedings.– Explain respondents’ legal rights, responsibilities, and court processes in a manner understandable to the client.– Client communication and advocacy:– Meet with respondents prior to hearings and as needed throughout representation.– Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and legal options.– Coordination and collaboration:– Coordinate with the court, behavioural health providers, treatment teams, and county representatives as necessary.– Reporting and documentation:– Maintain accurate case records and documentation.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
