(1) Vendor needs to provide accountability court treatment service to the government authority located in Douglasville, GA. – Provide evaluations, substance abuse treatment, and mental health treatment for the county’s accountability court program.– Provide clinical treatment services eligible substance use disorder counsellors.– Counsellors available to conduct treatment sessions between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Monday–Friday.– Clinical assessment of new referrals within ten days of referral.– Refer for medically assisted treatment as necessary.– Participate in the program as a member of the program, with the program judge, the court administrator, and the program coordinator making all final administrative decisions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
