(1) Vendor needs to provide immigration attorneys services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. – Agency is seeking qualified, data–driven and experienced immigration attorneys to support agency immigrant family unity project.– Funds shall be used for representation of people who resided, worked or went to school in agency before being detained and/or intend to reunite with family who reside, work, or go to school in agency upon release from detention.  – Support the work of the agency immigrant family unity project, which includes various community–based organizations and legal services agencies working collectively to ensure that no agency resident faces detention and deportation without a lawyer.– Provide technical assistance to any legal service providers selected to work on the project, including through peer–to–peer support and sharing best practices in fiscal and contract management of a regional legal representation collaborative.– Support the expansion of public funding for the services provided by the project.– Provide high quality, professional legal representation consistent with best legal practices.• Work with agency on the following:– Strategic communications support related to the project via the fairness to freedom campaign.– Program performance and outcome monitoring, with an eye toward evaluation.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 15, 2026.
