(1) Vendor needs to provide cannabis care line pilot program services.– Staffing for a (free to the caller) Cannabis Care Line (CCL) to provide professional information on medical cannabis use and other health–related questions regarding cannabis use.– Offeror shall independently recruit, hire, train– Operate seven days a week between 8 am and 11 pm. Providing call center coverage for all potential sales hours is cost–prohibitive– Provide a minimum of twelve (12) hours of weekly CCL coverage, including a proportion of peak sales times– Propose a plan for the concurrent intake of multiple calls, minimizing wait or callback times to no more than fifteen (15) minutes.– Hours will vary and may include evening and weekend shifts.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
