MEDI-7845 - USA (Clayton, Missouri) - Phlebotomy Services - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide phlebotomy services to the government authority located in Clayton, MO. – Provide professional on–site phlebotomy services. – Provide up to 4.0 Full Time Equivalents (FTE) of phlebotomy coverage.– Provided by more than one phlebotomist, however, this must be approved.– Phlebotomists will be present on site during regular business hours for direct patient care for laboratory draws from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.– Phlebotomists will have one hour break for lunch, time.– Hours are subject to change with a 6–week advanced written notice from the county.– Services will be provided 52 weeks per year, excluding county government holidays. Holidays subject to change by law.– Provide full phlebotomy coverage at all scheduled times and will always be prepared to provide full backup coverage for any phlebotomist unable to work their scheduled time.– All benefits, vacation, holiday, and sick pay and other compensation including workers’ compensation for the phlebotomists are the responsibility of the Contractor.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
