Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide answering and dispatch services.• Relevant public works knowledge to be able to differentiate between both emergency and non–emergency requests. • Electronically intake resident calls and save relevant information during off–hours (4:00 PM – 7:30 AM, plus weekends and holidays). • Intake employee list and create teams as they relate to assigned employee roles. • Allow for input and editing of on–call worker schedule and dispatch the correct employee or team via text and phone call. • Production of automated supervisor reports summarizing previous day dispatches. • Create custom application programming interface with the City's existing request system, Granicus.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
