Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide customer service management services to the government authority located in Portland, OR. – Provide qualified Customer Service Representative (CSR)s for coverage spanning 365 days a year, seven days a week, and up to 24 hours a day. – Furnish all the necessary staff and administrative support to provide the services required. – Prepare all staff schedules based on agency direction provided on or by the 1st of each month.– Provide detailed information on contingency plans for when changes occur in staffing availability, operation changes, and in emergencies to ensure Provider can satisfy the minimum staffing requirements.– Uniforms must be worn while on duty at all times, and must be clean and without stains or wrinkles, free of holes, fraying or fading.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Remotely pre–bid meeting will be held on July 1, 2026.
