Residential Plumbing Services

The purpose of this IFB is to establish a service contract with a certified plumbing or septic tank contractor in the State of Florida who shall provide plumbing, septic and related work for Seminole County in a reliable and timely manner. The Contractor shall have the capability to service multiple locations throughout Seminole County at any given time. The majority of work under this contract will be plumbing work for residential properties.
