Description
The City of Tampa is seeking bids from qualified firms to establish a fixed, firm pricing schedule for plumbing repair and maintenance services. The general plumbing services shall be procured on an as needed basis for both scheduled projects and emergency repairs of residential and commercial properties as directed by a City Representative. Vendor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies and incidentals required for new installations, maintenance, repair of plumbing systems and equipment.
