The Cleveland Division of Water (CWD) and the Cleveland Division of Water Pollution Control (WPC) are municipal utilities operating as Enterprise Funds of the City of Cleveland’s Department of Public Utilities. Since 2010 Cleveland has partnered with vendors to offer optional protection plans to our residential customers that would cover emergency repairs to their water service lines, sewer service lines, and existing internal water/sewer plumbing facilities.
