On Call Residential Plumbing Services

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to secure the services of a Contractor specializing in the field of residential plumbing for the Minor Home Repair and Weatherization programs in the Community Action Program, which serves low-income households. Work locations are privately-owned residences throughout Pierce County for homeowners who meet specific eligibility requirements. Pierce County is unable to determine the precise schedule or amount of work that may be performed; however, the average number of plumbing jobs is estimated to be between 50-70 per year. The work will be assigned by Pierce County by purchase order number, addressing scope of work and required time of completion. Contractors must have the capacity to perform the estimated number of jobs, completing jobs within 60 days of the NTP, and have the capability to provide services throughout the County, and provide material, labor, and all necessary equipment to perform a variety of projects.
