On-Call Plumbing Services for Maintenance, Repair and Projects

Washington County Facilities and Parks Services is seeking bids for as-needed plumbing installation, maintenance and repair services for all County owned and leased properties. Services will be provided on an emergency, on-call, and scheduled basis. Washington County facilities and sites consist of approximately 40 owned and leased commercial, residential, and recreational sites including Scoggins Valley Park/Hagg Lake, Washington County Law Enforcement Center & Jail, Washington County Justice Services Complex, and the Westside Commons/Hillsboro Fair Complex. These sites range in age from early 1940's to present day with an array of plumbing systems including large commercial potable and non-potable plumbing systems, i.e., heating and chilled water systems, steam systems, waste/sewer with effluent and solids tanks, grease interceptors, natural gas and fuel systems, etc.
