Upgrades, Improvements, And Maintenance To Security Systems, Access Control, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) And Recording Systems For Specified Buildings

The County of San Mateo (the “County” or “SMC”) covers most of the San Francisco Peninsula. The region covers 744 mi 2 and is home to nearly 800,000 residents and 20 incorporated cities. The County provides for the health and welfare of all people within its borders and serves as the local government for the unincorporated areas. Founded in 1856, the mission of the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office is to protect life, property, and preserve the public peace. Today, the Sheriff’s Office has over 700 personnel who provide various law enforcement services under its seven divisions. The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a contractor to provide security camera system and access control installations and maintenance services including all necessary management, supervision, labor, engineering, materials, tools, supplies, replacement equipment, services, testing, warranty, maintenance and/or any other act or thing required to perform diligently and fully, and complete maintenance services of the electronics and detention equipment described in Section II: Scope of Work. These services will be provided at multiple locations within the County of San Mateo.
