(1) Vendor needs to provide access control upgrades service to the government authority located in Oceanside, CA. • Base Work – Consists of fixed–price access control system improvements• As–Needed Services– Consists of future repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance, relocations, expansions, programming, emergency response services, and additional access control work on an as–needed basis(2) An onsite pre–bid conference will be held on July 15, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
