(1) Vendor needs to provide terminal building space planning services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.• Detailed assessment of existing conditions, with scaled drawings. • Assessment of staffing needs in conjunction with the IAA. • Development of alternatives for the spaces, with scaled drawings. • Narrative report covering the above elements of the project. • Cost estimates for the recommended alternatives per major area. (2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 24, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
