Professional Services for Building Department Plan Review and Inspections Services

The County of Tuolumne (County) is inviting qualified consultants to submit their qualifications to provide Building Department Plan Review and Building Inspection services. The purpose of this RFQ is to select and provide a list of the most qualified consultants, up to three, to provide the related services to the County on an as needed basis to supplement current operations. Plan Review and Inspection services will be all encompassing, ranging from minor projects to large, complex, Non-Residential, Industrial or Public projects. The Building Division issues over 2,300 Building permits for various scopes of work and conducts over 6,500 inspections annually. No guarantee of annual funding is implied.
