(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.• Services include close‐up condition inspections, evaluations, repair alternatives, cost estimating and recommendations. Services may also include preparation of technical specifications and detailed drawings for complete architectural rehabilitation and construction administration including performing site inspections to allocate repairs and monitor work.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
