(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.  – Provide comprehensive professional project management and construction management consulting services.– Project management services provide assistance in the planning, design, and construction of specified projects. – Strategic advice and planning provide advice to aviation on issues involved in the planning, design and construction of capital improvement projects.– Construction phase provide project and construction management services during construction as defined herein and as directed by aviation. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
