Notice of Intent to Award a Single/Sole Source Procurement for SS-00267 BAS Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services

Procurement Details: This is a Sole Source notice as required by Florida Statutes 287.057(3)(c). This is for the ongoing agreement with Stark Tech Operating Company, LLC an authroized dealer for Schneider Electric Building Automation System. Term (Years): 5 Years with a 5-year renewal option. 10 Year Estimated Value: $24,730,772.92 Justification: Schneider Electric has confirmed Stark Tech as the regional partner and only authorized dealer of products and services for their BAS system. As a Schneider Electric EcoXpert Partner, they are the only representative in the region staffed, trained, and authorized to provie preventative maintenance and repair services for the Schneider Electric BAS products/systems for the Orlando International Airport.
