The Contractor shall Provide Parts and Services for Building Automation System Preventative Maintenance & Repairs Services. Estimated Value: $24,730,772.92 Term (Years): 5 Years Vendor: Stark Tech Operating Company, LLC. Stark Tech is currently the local authorized representative for the sale, installation, and support of BAS systems for the Aviation Authority. Schneider Electric has confirmed Stark Tech as the regional partner and only authorized dealer of products and services for the Orlando International Airport. As a Schneider Electric EcoXpert Partner, they are the only representative in the region staffed, trained, and authorized to sell, install, and support Schneider Electric BAS products/systems for the Orlando International Airport.
