(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental janitorial services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI. – Providing environmental janitorial services for its behavioral health crisis care center facilities.– Services will include, regular cleaning, trash removal, floor care, restroom sanitation, and other related services as required by the facility.– Facility will require to be serviced and staffed on a 24–hour 7 day a week continuous basis without interruption.– Provide all replacement receptacle products i.e. paper products, hand soap, and trash bags.– Empty waste receptacles and replace liners when necessary. place for disposal in designated area.– High dust and clean high surfaces, including ceiling fans, light fixtures, vents, and wall corners. elevations are mostly under 9 feet.– Janitorial services must be performed in a thorough, professional, and efficient manner, adhering to all industry standards, regulations, and best practices.– Spot clean entrance doors and glass and receptionist’s window glass to remove fingerprints and smudges.– Vacuum walk–off mats.– Damp wipe table tops and similar surfaces to remove fingerprints, smudges, spills, etc.– Mop all hard surface floors– Damp wipe table tops and similar surfaces to remove fingerprints, smudges, spills, etc.– Spot clean chair seats and backs to remove spills or stains.– Dust all furnishings including tables, windowsills, and other similar horizontal surfaces weekly.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.
