ENG 26-06 DWSRF Phase 3 Lead Service Line Replacements

1) Replacement of approximately 450 lead service lines from the water main to the water meter, including all associated pavement, sidewalk, and turf restoration, within the project area bounded by West Ave to the west, Michigan Ave to the north, Martin Luther King Jr. Dr to the east, and Prospect Rd and Audubon Blvd to the south in the City of Jackson, Jackson County, Michigan. 2) Bidder is notified that an Addendum will be posted if Prevailing Wage rate modifications occur 10 days prior to bid opening 3) A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually at 10:00 a.m. on March 17, 2026.
