(1) Vendor needs to provide accommodation and event management services.• Provide and coordinate accommodation, conference facilities, catering, audio and visual services, simultaneous interpretation, and event management services• Hotels shall be 3–star or 4–star properties (or equivalent) with a valid operating license and located in safe, easily accessible areas with convenient access to main roads and the activity venue where applicable.• All guest rooms shall be clean, well–maintained, and equipped with essential amenities, including air conditioning, reliable Wi–Fi/internet access, secure in–room door locks.• The property must feature gender–sensitive safety measures, including well–lit corridors, 24/7 active security presence, and guest rooms accessible via secure interior corridors rather than isolated exterior entrances.• The hotel shall have a continuous electricity supply, either through the national grid or a backup generator capable of maintaining essential services during power outages.• Accommodation facilities shall comply with applicable health, safety, and fire regulations, including clearly marked emergency exits and appropriate fire safety equipment.• The hotel shall provide a safe and secure environment for guests, including 24–hour reception/security services where available.• Where requested by agency, the hotel should make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities and another specific participant needs.• The service provider shall make reasonable efforts to arrange early check–in and/or late check–out, subject to hotel availability and advance notice from UN Women. Where additional charges apply, these shall be communicated to UN Women in advance for approval.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
