COTA is seeking experienced consulting support to assist with the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of marketing and community engagement events. The selected contractor will work collaboratively with COTA’s Marketing Department to support event logistics, outreach, and promotional activities while ensuring alignment with COTA’s branding and strategic goals. Responsibilities include project coordination, development of event timelines and support plans, stakeholder coordination, and assistance with event-day execution. The contractor will also support marketing material coordination, attendee engagement, and post-event evaluation, including reporting and recommendations to improve future efforts. Work will be delivered through defined project plans, status updates, and post-event summaries in accordance with the agreed contract structure.
