MRB-55434 - USA (Alabama) - Strategic Plan Leadership Development Consulting Service - Deadline July 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan leadership development consulting service.   – The strategic plan should focus on transforming the system of care, ensuring access to high–quality services and supports, building and retaining a high–quality workforce, and improving coordination and delivery of services through improved infrastructure, capacity, public awareness, and trauma–responsive care. – The strategic plan should have measurable outcomes, with prioritized objectives and finalized action steps, and the vendor should assist the Commissioner with high–level oversight of the implementation process. – The strategic plan will recommend collaboration, coordination, and quality improvement activities among existing programs.• Ability to identify ongoing organizational development opportunities. • Enthusiasm and demonstrated interest in the project. • Develop a thorough understanding of agency needs, priorities, and key environmental factors, as well as existing or previous long–term plans. • Provide an explanation of vendor’s executive coaching, leadership training, team development, and organizational assessment processes and how it relates to this project. • Work with agency Commissioner and leadership team to action plan around barriers and challenges to implementation. • Be responsible for providing frequent updates on timeline of work. • Must have the ability to design and facilitate on–site, in–person planning sessions with agency Commissioner and leadership team. • Leadership development services, including teaching/facilitating a leadership development program, individual coaching, and leadership advisement as designated by the Commissioner. • Strategic planning services. Helping the Commissioner and agency develop/update, implement, and track its strategic plan. • Organizational development and planning services such as organizational assessments and/or planning services as designated by the Commissioner. • Special project planning and implementation as designated.(2) All questions had been submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
