(1) Vendor needs to provide school improvement and leadership development support services to the government authority located in Scottsdale, AZ.– Engage with an identified, research–based framework for overall and continuous school improvement.– Guide and support school leaders in developing and implementing sustainable systems, practices, and protocols. – Spend quality time in schools, observing school leaders in action, visiting classrooms, and interacting with staff during improvement meetings. – Employ an inquiry method focused on asking open–ended questions and active listening.– Provide insights through constructive and strategic feedback. – Work alongside district and school leaders to define and develop a unified vision cantered on learning results, distributed leadership, a systems approach, and leader self–efficacy.– Lead the process for conducting comprehensive surveys, diagnostic tools, and analysing stakeholder feedback.– Develop and monitor coaching plans for principals, instructional coaches, and teachers that can be delivered in person or online. – Coaching sessions should incorporate job–embedded coaching, observational feedback, and guided planning as well as focus on leadership and instructional practices and provide actionable strategies that empower teachers, create supportive environments, ensure rigorous learning for all students, and build family partnerships. – Assist schools in developing wide–scale practices and protocols that align school initiatives, bolster collaboration, improve instruction, and increase student engagement. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 02, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
