Vendor needs to provide public health leadership, change management training and technical assistance services to the government authority located in Baltimore, Maryland.• The planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of a leadership and change Management workshop designed to strengthen change management and leadership capacity among local health department leaders and staff.• Customize workshop content and activities to meet the needs of participants and provide practical tools, frameworks, and strategies to support effective organizational change. Topics may include change management principles, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, readiness for change, and action planning.• Conduct evaluation activities and provide a minimum of six post–workshop office hours and a minimum of twelve hours of coaching individualized technical assistance support to assist participants in implementing learned concepts and advancing change initiatives.
