TRANSPORT-11490 - USA (Independence, California) - Comprehensive Transportation Planning Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive transportation planning services to the government authority located in Independence, CA.                             – Preparation of the four–year 2027 Update – Assistance with the development of a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan and other transportation safety initiatives.– Traffic and safety data analysis to support Safe Streets and Roads for All or Highway Safety Improvement Program efforts and initiatives.– Preparation of grant applications, including funding research, project development, technical writing, benefit–cost analysis, budget development, community outreach and stakeholder engagement, mapping, graphics, and supporting documentation.– General transportation planning support, including strategic planning, technical analysis, policy development, data collection and analysis, meeting facilitation, public presentations, and coordination with local, regional, state, federal, and tribal partners.– Preparation, maintenance, and minor updates to transportation planning documents, including but not limited to the overall work program, Regional Transportation Improvement Program, Transportation Development Act documentation, and other state– and federally required planning documents.– Other transportation planning, programming, and technical assistance services as requested by agency and authorized through individual task orders.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be five years.
