(1) Vendor needs to provide healthy homes weatherization services to the government authority located in Fort Collins, CO. • Provide weatherization services and technical assessments of participant homes, in order to improve indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and safety: – Blower Door Test to identify air leaks, insulation needs, etc.– Weatherization for windows and doors, such as caulking and door sweeps– Caulking or foam sealing around plumbing– Outlet insulation– Sealing around window A/C units– Inspections of hot water heaters, attic, and crawlspace– Notating additional needs: Window/door replacements, holes in siding or roofing, duct work issues, health/safety needs, energy efficiency improvements• Perform the recommended work for the Healthy Homes program on a case by case basis that may include following:– Oven range hood venting– Roof replacement/repair– Leak repairs– Insulation installation– Door replacement/repair– Bathroom, laundry, or other room exhaust fan installation– Furnace replacement– Window and storm window repairs/replacements– Electrical upgrades(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
