(1) Vendor needs to provide testing, adjusting and balancing services to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.– Tab services encompass a systematic and well–documented process intended to verify that HVAC systems and associated components are properly installed, calibrated, integrated, and function in accordance with the design intent and operational requirements.– Tab services must include to, the following:– Air and hydronic systems;– Duct leakage evaluations;– Vibration analysis;– Sound testing;– Controls verification(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
