(1) Vendor needs to provide affected properties program services to the government authority located in Council Bluffs, IA. – Smoke detectors.  – Replace non–functioning window/S (1 EACH): Replace window with double hung insert or new construction with full screen. Remove existing storm windows.– Replace thermostat.– Replace furnace.– Install new central air conditioner.– Remove and replace electric/gas water heater – Carbon monoxide detector/smoke detector combo(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
