(1) Vendor needs to provide catering and venue services to the government authority located in Multnomah, OR.– Support health, justice, and wellness through food provided at meetings and events by encouraging vendors to offer nutritious, inclusive and culturally appropriate menu options.– Services are grouped based on the number of attendees: 5–50 people, 51–100 people, 101–150people, and 151 people and above.– Local sourcing and workforce development.– Within each size category, the required service types include:- Food Delivery (including food for pick–up)- Food Onsite (e.g., restaurant dining, full–service catering)- Food and Venue (bundled service)- Venue Only(2) An optional virtual pre–proposal conference will be held on June 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
