(1) Vendor needs to provide cafeteria services to the government authority located in Wassaic, NY.– Provide noontime meals and two snacks for eighteen (18) program participants located at site.– Meals will meet all requirements, temperature–control standards, a variety of dietary needs (such as pureed foods, cultural, or religious requirements, food allergies, etc.) and be approved by a registered dietitian.– Provide dining tables, chairs, service wares, adaptive equipment, and anything else that may be required for use and serving.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than 30 June 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
