Vendor needs to provide food service consulting services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ. – The agency is seeking consulting/assistance services in the following areas:• Cook Training• Catering Services for District Office Events• Menu Options and Recipe Development• Design of Marketing Program and Materials– Cook Training for both cafeteria and kitchen staff and cafeteria/kitchen managers. The agency shall require training in both English and Spanish.• HACCP Training• Recipes – execution of recipe• Equipment Training• Kitchen Safety Training– Catering Services for Office events. The agency is seeking a vendor that can provide the following catering services:• Event Catering Menu Development• Catering of Governing Board dinners – once per month August – May; twice in the month of June. No catering in July. Group size: Up to 30• Catering for Superintendent Events – approximately 8–10 per year. Group size: Up to 250– Menu Options and Recipe Development.
