Request For Qualifications: Professionals and Other Services for Appointment From January 1, 2026 Thru December 31, 2026

The Middlesex County Improvement Authority (the “Authority” or MCIA) will be seeking qualifications and proposals, as applicable, for the provision of certain professional, extraordinary unspecifiable services and other services for the 2026 year. The qualifications are being sought as part of a fair and open process being undertaken by the Authority pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Qualifications will be accepted for the following: 1. Public Relations Services 8. Transportation Advisory Services Legal Services: 1. Bond Counsel 2. General Counsel 3. Professional Liability and General Liability Defense Counsel 4. Special Projects Counsel 5. Workers Compensation Defense Counsel
