Description
The County of Shasta, through its Department of Support Services, Purchasing Unit, invites responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to prepare and submit the annual Continuum of Care (CoC) Consolidated Application to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The selected consultant will work closely with the CoC Advisory Board to develop all materials for the annual Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) competition, as well as to establish and facilitate year-round processes for system and project performance review to implement and address eligible activities of the NorCal Continuum of Care Planning Grant and submission process.
