Continuum of Care - New & Expansion Projects

On July 30 , 2024 , HUD published the FY 2024 and FY 2025 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Continuum of Care (CoC) Competition (FR-6800-N-25). OMB Approval number: 2506-0112. The NOFO can be accessed at: HUD FY24 and FY25 NOFO. It establishes the funding criteria for the CoC’s Homeless Assistance Programs this year. Applicants are advised to review HUD’s FY 2024 CoC Program NOFO. Projects not selected for funding under FY2024 funding cycle will automatically be resubmitted for consideration in FY2025 per HUD requirements. The County, as the Collaborative Applicant for the CoC, is soliciting new project applications, applications to expand existing projects or applications to consolidate exist ing CoC projects into a single project , from eligible, qualified and interested organizations to provide homeless housing assistance to households in Pierce County. The CoC seeks multiple organizations to provide housing and related services through this funding opportunity. Pierce County released a se parate NOFA for currently funded Continuum of Care projects only (renewals). Renewal applications will NOT be accepted through this NOFA.
