(1) Vendor needs to provide unified development ordinance update service to the government authority located in Olathe, KS.• The Agency is seeking firms experienced in providing professional services including research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, drafting of agency text and graphics, and final document preparation.• Greater mix of housing types and complete neighbourhoods• Flexibility for infill development• Revitalizing commercial corridors with guidance on building form and placement• Site Design Standards• Protection of natural features• Updating the Sign Code to meet industry best practices and increase ease of use• Updating Tree Preservation standards for clarity and ease of use• In coordination with staff’s Technical Committee, audit the current UDO and provide a report summarizing the existing strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in comparison to other municipalities• Creating tables and graphics to convey complex zoning concepts– Develop a user–friendly development ordinance with hyperlinks and supporting graphics that are easy to understand, administer, and interpret(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 16, 2026
